Deep cleaning for an empty home. Preparing an empty home before moving in or after moving out.

All rooms
- Accessible surfaces
Dust accessible furniture, shelves and surfaces. Items must be clear enough to clean around safely.
- Floors
Vacuum and mop suitable, accessible floors, including stairs. No carpet shampooing or extraction.
- Mirrors
Clean accessible mirrors. Window glass is listed separately below.
- Household bins
Empty household waste bins and wipe their exterior. No waste hauling or disposal of large items.
Kitchen
- Counters, sink & stovetop
Wipe clear counters; clean the sink, taps and stovetop using a method suitable for the surface.
- Appliance exteriors
Wipe accessible exterior surfaces of the refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. No dismantling or moving appliances.
Bathrooms
- Sinks, counters & taps
Clean accessible bathroom sinks, counters and taps.
- Showers & tubs
Clean accessible shower and tub surfaces. Heavy mineral deposits and damaged grout may not be fully removable.
- Toilets
Clean the toilet bowl, seat and accessible exterior surfaces.
Detail work
- Baseboards & door frames
Wipe accessible baseboards and door frames; no furniture moving or paint restoration.
- Doors, switches & handles
Wipe accessible door surfaces, light switches and handles using surface-appropriate methods.
- Cabinet fronts
Wipe accessible kitchen and bathroom cabinet fronts.
- Extra buildup attention
Allow additional attention for kitchen grease and bathroom soap buildup within the time and condition agreed in the estimate. No restoration guarantee.
Interiors & extras
- Inside cupboards & drawers
Wipe accessible interiors. Cupboards and drawers must be emptied before the visit.
Optional add-ons
Not included in the package price. Each add-on must be quoted and agreed before the visit.
- Inside oven. Interior oven cleaning, only when separately quoted and agreed before the visit.
- Inside refrigerator. Interior refrigerator cleaning, only when separately quoted. The refrigerator must be emptied before the visit.
- Interior window glass. Accessible interior window glass only, when separately quoted. Screens, tracks and exterior windows are excluded.
Not included in Move-in / move-out
Not offered in any package
The following tasks are outside the scope of all our cleaning packages.
- Laundry, dishes & bed linen
Laundry, dishwashing, changing bed linen and personal-item organisation are not included.
- Furniture & appliance moving
Moving heavy furniture or appliances and cleaning inaccessible areas behind them are not included.
- Specialist & exterior cleaning
Carpet extraction, upholstery treatment, exterior windows, gutters and pressure washing are not included.
- Hazards, restoration & construction
Mould remediation, bodily fluids, pests, hazardous waste, hoarding cleanup, post-construction debris and surface restoration are not included.
Before your visit
Keep surfaces and floors reasonably clear, secure pets, and make water and electricity available. Tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies or product sensitivities. We clean only areas safely accessible from floor level, without ladders or heavy-item moving.
The property must be empty of furniture and personal belongings. Cupboards and drawers must be emptied before cleaning. Oven and refrigerator interiors are separately quoted add-ons.
Tasks, property condition, time, price and add-ons are confirmed in writing before booking. A suggested date is a preference, not a confirmed appointment.
